Your options

List it, or sell it off market.

List on the open market

Sell off market

If you would rather not put money into the house to list it, Joe can take it to Sold Like That, his pool of qualified buyers and investors with liquid funds that his team has verified.

Sell as-is, with no repairs and nothing upfront.

An honest price for the house, from real buyers.

A warning worth hearing

Most "cash buyers" aren't.

You have seen the "we buy houses for cash" signs on the side of the road. Now it has gone digital: the calls, the texts, the social media ads, all from people saying they want to buy your house today.

In many cases these are wholesalers. They don't have the cash themselves. Their goal is to lock you up under contract for 10, 20 or 30 days, go find a real cash buyer, and charge a fee on top. That fee comes out of your equity.

That is not the way to sell your house off market. Joe's approach is to get you as much as he can, with legitimate cash buyers and investors who are already verified.

Selling as-isThinking of selling your house "as-is"? Don't lose thousands in equity to wholesalers.

If you want to sell your house off market, we will give you an honest price for the house.
