When you find yourself behind in mortgage payments, you have to understand one thing. The lender has a fleet of attorneys looking to collect the money that's due. The worst thing you can do is isolate yourself and not communicate.

About Joe

From the lender's side of the desk to yours.

Joe began his career in banking and lending with Bank of America, then became a Licensed Lending Broker and Junior Partner at Mortech Financial Group.

When the market crashed in 2007, he turned that lending background toward his community. As owner of Venco Realtors, Inc., he guided more than 1,000 clients through loan modifications and short sales to avoid foreclosure.

In 2014 he partnered with Rounds & Sutter LLP, and has since completed more than 300 lien strips, clearing back taxes and historical debt to make properties marketable again.
