For buyers
Someone on your side of the deal.
Buyer representation across Southern California, including new construction straight from the developer.
New construction
Is there a benefit to going straight to the developer?
In Joe's words: "No. Truly, there's not."
When you walk into a new construction sales office, the developer has hired those Realtors and sales staff to get the developer the most money they can possibly get. That is their job.
The developer pays a set commission either way, whether it stays with their own sales team or goes to a Realtor representing you. So representation costs you nothing out of pocket.
And there is real money on the table. Builder incentives can run to tens of thousands of dollars. The sales office will tell you where they can be used. A Realtor working for you looks at the other ways they can be placed to help you in the long run.
You're paying no money for my service. It's almost like getting a free realtor, because the developer is going to pay my costs, but I'm going to be working for you while their sales team is working for them.
